Duck is a delicacy!
Some save and savor roast duck only on special occasions, but here at the farm we have come to enjoy this tasty treat year round.
Currently, we sell duck eggs as well as whole roasting duck.
Duck eggs are amazing for baking and give your cakes and tortes a fluffy and creamy consistency and taste.
Duck Eggs have a dark yellow yolk that tastes much like butter.
They hold more antioxidants, more omega-3 fatty acids, and 50% more vitamin A than chicken eggs. Duck eggs offer more protein than chicken eggs, even taking size into consideration.
Chicken - Poulette
Our farm fresh roasting chickens come to our farm as day old chicks and enjoy our clover fields and loving care.
Our birds have a diet of fresh clover and grasses as well as a Non-GMO/Non-Soy grain supplement to ensure that each bird has the healthiest of meals available.
Pork - Cochon
Our farm fresh pigs comes to our farm at six-week old after spending time weaning from their sow.
Our pigs have a diet of fresh vegetables and grasses, milk and a Non-GMO/Non-Soy grain supplement to ensure that each piglet has the healthiest of meals available.
Chicken Eggs
Our farm fresh chicken eggs are gathered by hand several times daily.
Our eggs are dry-scrubbed and shelf-stable without requiring refrigeration for up to 8 weeks.

Duck Eggs
Our farm fresh duck eggs are gathered by hand several times daily.
We currently have Pekin, Aylesbury, and Khaki Campbell Ducks on our farm.
Each egg sold is shelf-stable for up to 8 weeks once purchased.
